We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please do not place an order for delivery outside the UK.
Standard UK delivery is £1.90 per order. Your total will be shown before payment. If you enter an unsupported delivery address, we may be unable to fulfil the order and will contact you to arrange a refund.
We will confirm dispatch arrangements with your order. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. Contact us if your order has not arrived as expected.
Product descriptions and prices are shown in the shop. You can check your basket and the delivery charge before placing an order. Payment is processed securely by Square; no customer account is required on our website. Square provides the payment receipt and order reference.
If you wish to cancel an order, you can normally notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you generally have another 14 days to return the items. Some statutory exceptions may apply.
Contact info@angeladvocates.co.uk with your order reference before returning an item, so we can provide return instructions. Unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty, you may need to cover return postage. Where a refund is due, we will process it through Square to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence they were sent back. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required by law.
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We handle all refunds directly with our team; there is no customer-facing refund facility on this website.
The shopping basket saves product identifiers and quantities on your device. The checkout redirects you to Square, which processes payment and delivery details. Please do not send payment card details by email.
